We offer Group, Buddy and One on One training options. If you are new to exercise, don’t worry. Training will be geared to your needs.
If you are advanced and need High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) or preparation for a fitness competition then this is the place for you.
All exercise training will be coupled with nutritional advice.
Our Personal Trainers have degrees in Nutritional Science, Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Youth Conditioning, TRX Group Training and Corrective Exercise.

Meet Our Trainer
Elaine is an enthusiastic leader who continually promotes healthy lifestyles in her clients. She is a personal fitness trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2012 and achieved Master Trainer status. Having completed several certifications, Elaine is an extremely well-rounded trainer who knows how to successfully work with a variety of clientele, using an individualized and balanced approach.
Elaine experience is varied. She started a youth summer exercise program at Francis Parker Elementary School and was a key speaker at Pop Warner Football camp in 2014. She also has been instrumental in helping older adults complete their first marathon. Elaine is passionate about helping you achieve your goals, whether it be for losing weight, building muscle or enhancing athletic performance. She believes that regular exercise and a balanced diet are imperative for good health. She is excited to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fullest potential and improve their quality of life.
