Change Your Health, Transform Your Life
We know weight loss is a process that usually leaves people feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated. When two-thirds of Americans are overweight, and half of those are considered obese, it’s clear what we’re doing isn’t working. Anyone who’s kept weight off knows lifestyle and diet changes are at the core of sustained weight management.
An Integrated Approach To Weight Loss
Our weight loss protocol starts with specialized exam and a discussion about individual needs. This will include a review of medical history, diets tried, exercise, and a diet diary analysis. This is a 3 month program that offers:
- Informative group meetings twice a month
- Private meetings with a physician/dietician twice a month
- Lab, BMI, body fat, and exercise analysis
- Initial month of cleansing and intermittent fasting
- Meal planning and menus
- Regularly scheduled emails to keep you on track
- Exercise prescription
- Medication discussed according to initial need
The Full Program is $800 for 3 months and includes the initial 1 month cleanse.
*Maintenance Therapy Available with Consultation
Why Our Weight Loss Program Works
At Eros Beauty and Wellness, our goal is to help you replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones. We focus on changing behaviors, not counting calories. We’ll educate you on how to make healthy choices so that you’ll feel great while losing weight. Our support, direction, and structure will steer you toward an active, healthy lifestyle. This is perfect for just losing a few pounds or for making transformative changes. It can also help reduce cholesterol and improve diabetes.
After years of treating patients suffering from conditions including Type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and general aches and pains, Dr. Eros wanted to offer her patients more than a prescription.
What if patients made lifestyle changes which addressed the root of their health challenges?
In 2007, she shifted her family practice to also include whole body wellness focusing on adults, children, and athletes.
“My goal is to help my patients avoid the need for chronic medication and therapies. I’m passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of my patients through nourishing food and regular exercise.”
