Weight Loss Program

Our weight loss protocol starts with specialized exam and a discussion about individual needs. This will include a review of medical history, diets tried, exercise, and a diet diary analysis. This is a 3 month program that offers:

• Informative group meetings twice a month
• Private meetings with a physician/dietician twice a month
• Lab, BMI, body fat, and exercise analysis
• Initial month of cleansing and intermittent fasting
• Meal planning and menus
• Regularly scheduled emails to keep you on track
• Exercise prescription
• Medication discussed according to initial need

The Full Program is $800 for 3 months and includes the initial 1 month cleanse.
