Gold Maintenance Program: weekly meetings, protein shake package, facebook and email support, work out plan, grocery lists, weekly boot camp. $450
Platinum Maintenance Program: 30 day nutritional cleanse, weekly meetings, and emails, personal training discount packages, weekly boot camps and more. $650
