Commune with nature and join us for our outdoor exercise classes twice a month with our amazing personal trainer, Elaine Edwards.
Elaine is an enthusiastic leader who continually promotes healthy lifestyles for her clients. She’s been a Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2012 and achieved Master Trainer status. Having completed several certifications, Elaine is an extremely well rounded trainer who knows how to successfully work with a variety of clientele, using an individualized and balanced approach, even with groups.

When: 9 a.m. Saturday, August 20th
What: A full body, 1 hour workout focused on weight loss, stability, and core strength movements catered to individual needs
Wear comfortable work-out wear and supportive shoes. Bring a towel, and don’t forget to hydrate! Bring plenty of water.
