- Exercise daily: People require different amounts of exercise depending on age and health. If you are young then try HITT (high intensity interval training) 2 to 3 times a week. If you are elderly then work on balance and flexibility. Your body is meant to move
- Avoid processed, pre-made, easy to grab food. Add greens to as many meals as possible and have lean protein.
- Take time to do something that brings peace, such as journaling, reading affirmations, reading the Bible, talking with a friend, or making something.
